When do I need to RSVP by?Please RSVP by July 2nd so we can get an accurate headcount!
Will there be a live stream?Of course. For those of you who can not make it (we will miss you!) you can join us for the ceremony via livestream. We will provide more details on our website closer to the date!
Anything we should know about the Venue?The venue is located at a private residence on the La Jolla bluffs. While this makes for an AMAZING ocean view, there are several sets of stairs. Please wear appropriate shoes as the ceremony/reception and the cocktail hour/restrooms are on different levels.
What is the weather going to be like?The Historical Forecast estimates a High of 73-83 and a Low of 61-71 with lots of sunshine. Sunglasses and/or hats are recommended.
Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?The ceremony, dinner and dancing are outside (with little shade).The cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor.
What does Semi-Formal mean?Men: Suit/Sport Coat/Blazer, close-toed shoes are a must, tie optional, no shorts or jeansWomen: Dresses (any length), Skirts, Rompers, Dress Slacks are all good choices. Dressy sandals, flats or wedges are okay. If you are going to wear stilettos keep in mind there are some steep stairs you will have to walk up/down!
What’s the parking situation?The wedding venue is adjacent to a very popular beach...in summertime...in San Diego… Needless to say parking may be a struggle! We will provide valet and kindly ask you to Carpool. If you are staying locally, please Uber or Lyft.
Are children allowed?As much as we love your munchkins this is an adults only event! However, if you are traveling with kids they are welcome at the Sunday brunch!
When can I take pictures with my phone?ONLY for sunset and open dancing afterwards! Please be respectful of our wishes and keep your phones tucked away for the Ceremony, First Dances and Speeches. We have a professional photographer and promise to share all of the amazing pics...that won’t have your cell phone in them :)
Are masks required?No. Please feel free to wear a mask if you are more comfortable, but it is not required. However, if you are having ANY sick symptoms whatsoever (sore throat, headaches, slight cough, super soft poops, feeling more tired than usual) PLEASE STAY HOME! We love you, but we do not love your germs :)
